Hey my name is Brayton. cool name you say? I know. Well here it goes. This is the first blog I've ever done so we shall see how this all turns out. Hopefully with millions of views this will turn into more than just for funzies. Also, this is a blog that where I will post music/music videos or articles or things I find interesting about music and the music business of today. I grew up in a household where most of the music I was allowed to listen to usually involved a choir or an orchestra. If the music contained any sort of drums or rhythm in general it was banded from my ever innocent ears. But as my family and I grew older, I would be introduced to more secular music. Oldies and bluegrass, both of which I really do like. Later in the teen years I was able to rebel and start listening to rock...mind blown. Pretty much what I'm trying to say is I love all kinds of music and really like discovering new music. So this is a means for me to share that. A lot of it is just stumbling upon bands on the internet. But also through my brother who shares in my interest in music will introduce me to artists that are very cool. As a songwriter myself I do enjoy hearing the formation of a song and lyrics, something I am working on developing through my writing process.
